Beach Haven

Smart changes to a classic Shingle Style beach house. A new Mudroom entry and enclosed porch were integrated seamlessly with period details. A new Kitchen island was installed to better complement the flow of the Kitchen.

A circa 1850s Italianate style Victorian was given a new start with a new Kitchen and restoration of original period details.

Cape Cod to Cape Anne

An efficient and economical solution to expanding a second floor was provided by utilizing the lesser known Cape Anne Style. Cape Anne's have gambrel style roofs which allow more living space than the traditional Cape Cod style's gable roof. Three ample bedrooms were created and a gracious bathroom.

Modernish Marvel

A non-descript colonial was given new life by a client who desired a look that better fit their tastes. The exterior was stripped down with a mix of traditional and modern materials, clean lines and minimal ornament. The interior was opened up to create uninterrupted living space between Dining, Kitchen and Living Room. A new rear deck and pergola completed the assembly.

Victorian Expansion

Two smart additions were integrated into an Italianate Victorian to provide updated amenities. A Family Room was added to rear and a second floor addition expanded the Primary Bedroom.

Colonial Transformation

A dated Cape Cod house was transformed with a Second Floor addition to create a new, modern home with three levels of living space. A new front porch welcomes the new owners' home and is contributes to the streetscape of the neighborhood.

Ranch Renewal

A beloved childhood ranch style home was reborn as a Prairie Style dream home with features that would allow the owners to age-in-place. A new vaulted Kitchen, Primary Bedroom Suite and Laundry/Mudroom were added to the living space. A new raised terrace was added to link the existing and new.

Farmhouse Addition

Smart additions and alterations brought new life to some incongruous past work. An expanded Kitchen connected to a new Mudroom and Garage. A new bright and airy link was established between the Kitchen and existing Family Room for better circulation. A new Second Floor primary suite was seamlessly integrated with a full bathroom.

Rear and Second Floor additions updated an older home by adding a Kitchen and Primary Bedroom Suite. The new attached two-car Garage was located behind the residence due to the narrow lot size.

St. Anne's

A new addition provided a 100-year-old community institution with a new entrance on a main thoroughfare. The new community center provides meeting space, restroom facilities, and a full Kitchen.

Stately Presence

A low-slung Ranch was transformed with a new Second Floor and re-organized to anchor the termination of an existing street. The new home boasts five bedroom, four bathrooms, and new Kitchen.
