A Maplewood renovation is an opportunity to reconsider how a home supports the household. We explore changes to kitchens, gathering spaces and additions while paying attention to the building features you want to keep.
Rather than beginning with a standard open plan, describe how you need spaces to work: where you gather, where quiet matters and how you move through the home. Those priorities guide the alternatives.

A non-descript colonial was given new life by a client who desired a look that better fit their tastes. The exterior was stripped down with a mix of traditional and modern materials, clean lines and minimal ornament. The interior was opened up to create uninterrupted living space between Dining, Kitchen and Living Room. A new rear deck and pergola completed the assembly.
