Planning a renovation in Cranford often begins with a simple question: how can the home work better without losing the features you value? Our design process considers kitchens, family spaces and circulation alongside the existing building.
Before deciding where to expand, gather a current survey, photographs and any known site constraints. Where flood-related conditions or other restrictions affect a property, they need to be identified through property-specific review rather than assumed from a town name.

Smart additions and alterations brought new life to some incongruous past work. An expanded Kitchen connected to a new Mudroom and Garage. A new bright and airy link was established between the Kitchen and existing Family Room for better circulation. A new Second Floor primary suite was seamlessly integrated with a full bathroom.
